A conservative starting point for researchers new to peptide work

Overview

The beginner peptide stack pairs three of the most-studied and best-tolerated research peptides. The combination addresses general tissue repair, systemic recovery, and growth hormone support — all with relatively well-characterized safety profiles in animal research.

Peptides in This Stack

Stack Rationale

BPC-157 covers local tissue repair, particularly in connective tissue and gut. TB-500 adds systemic cell migration and broader anti-inflammatory effects. Ipamorelin provides clean growth hormone stimulation without significant cortisol or appetite effects. The three compounds work through different mechanisms, so they don't overlap or compete biochemically.

Research Protocol

Common research protocol: BPC-157 250-500 mcg/day subq morning, TB-500 2-2.5 mg subq twice weekly for first 4 weeks then 2 mg weekly maintenance, Ipamorelin 200-300 mcg subq pre-bed. Run for 4-8 weeks then assess.

The above represents protocols reported in research literature and research community use. These are not recommendations for human dosing or self-administration.

Reported Research Outcomes

Researchers commonly report faster recovery from training or minor injuries, improved sleep quality (attributed to Ipamorelin), and reduction in chronic low-grade inflammation. Specific effects vary by baseline.

Cautions & Considerations

All three compounds remain research peptides without FDA approval. Source quality matters — request HPLC purity reports. Avoid if you have any active infection or undiagnosed mass. Ipamorelin can transiently raise IGF-1; periodic monitoring is reasonable for extended use.
