Overview
The mitochondrial stack combines compounds targeting different aspects of mitochondrial function — signaling, membrane structure, anti-apoptotic effects, and NAD+ preservation. It's the most pathway-coherent of any peptide stack on this site.

Stack Rationale
MOTS-c activates AMPK pathways and modulates metabolic gene expression. SS-31 stabilizes cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane, improving electron transport. Humanin provides anti-apoptotic protection for stressed cells. 5-Amino-1MQ preserves NAD+ and SAM pools through NNMT inhibition. The four compounds address mitochondrial biology at distinct levels.
Research Protocol
Sample protocol: MOTS-c 5-10 mg subq 3x weekly. SS-31 dosing depends on availability; published research has used 4-60 mg/day. Humanin (or HNG) protocols are poorly established. 5-Amino-1MQ 50-100 mg/day oral.

SS-31, Humanin, and 5-Amino-1MQ all have variable vendor quality. This is an expensive stack. Mitochondrial dysfunction has multiple causes (medications, vitamin deficiencies, sleep, chronic infections) that should be addressed before considering peptide approaches.
